International Shipping Information
Taxes, Duties, Tariffs and Customs Laws
You may be subject to brokerage fees, import tariffs, customs duties, customs clearance fees and value added taxes, as well as other local taxes assessed by customs authorities at the time of delivery to the destination country. These additional charges, generally known as Import Fees for customs clearance, are borne by you; we have no control over these Import Fees and do not calculate them at the time of purchase.
Our international shipping rates reflect the base shipping charge not including Import Fees. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact yor local customs office for further information.
Place your order online through our secure electronic system with a valid email address. Select International Shipping as your shipping option. Before your credit card is charged, we will email you a ship rate quote within 1-3 business days
Shipping ConfirmationOnce your product(s) has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email. A shipping tracking # will be included, if available. In general, orders are shipped Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). Saturday or Sunday delivery is not available.

Estimating Delivery DatesAll priority orders placed before 12:00 PM (PST) Monday - Thursday will ship the next day. All ground orders will ship within 2-3 business days after orders are placed.
If you're trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:
- Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
- We cannot guarantee overnight orders placed after 1:00 PM (PST) for next day delivery.
Our standard method of shipping is via UPS Ground. Upon checkout, you may expedite your order by selecting UPS overnight. All applicable fees will be calculated upon checkout.
We offer both standard and overnight delivery:- Standard
Following credit card authorization and verification of information, you will receive your order within approximately 7 to 10 days (Monday through Friday, excludes weekends).
- Express
If you need something right away, we can ship it to you overnight at an additional charge. For weekday overnight delivery (excluding Saturday delivery), orders must be received by 1:00 PM (PST), and credit card authorization and verification must be obtained. This service is available to US continental addresses only.
*Please note that UPS is unable to ship to P.O. boxes.
How do I request a refund?To obtain a refund for your purchase online, you need to email Customer Service to request a Return Authorization Number (RMA). An RMA number is required to process your refund. Please follow the instructions provided by Customer Service to return the product. Return/Refund requests will only be granted through these means and only if all of the above information is submitted within 30 days of your original purchase. After obtaining an RMA number, please send your items for return along with the required documentation (see above) to the following address:

What is your refund/exchange policy?Your purchase can be return or exchanged, within 30 days of purchase, as long as it meets the following requirements:
- The product is returned in its original packaging
- The original hang tag is attached to the product
- Items that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered cannot be taken back.
- A copy of your original receipt
